Print-on-Demand Basics
Each item is printed to order. Because products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, or similar changes of mind. Please review the size chart and product description carefully before ordering.
When You ARE Eligible for a Replacement or Refund
- Damaged in transit — item arrived broken or with significant visible damage.
- Print defect — misaligned print, wrong design, or material flaw.
- Wrong item shipped — you received a different product than you ordered.
- Never delivered — tracking shows no delivery after 30 days from the ship date.
How to Request
- Email support within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the issue (for damaged or defective items).
- We will respond within 2 business days with a replacement shipment or refund instruction.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe. Funds typically arrive in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Not Eligible
- Ordered the wrong size (refer to the size chart before ordering).
- Minor color or print variation — this is normal for print-on-demand.
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
