Print-on-Demand Basics

Each item is printed to order. Because products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, or similar changes of mind. Please review the size chart and product description carefully before ordering.

When You ARE Eligible for a Replacement or Refund

How to Request

  1. Email support within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the issue (for damaged or defective items).
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with a replacement shipment or refund instruction.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe. Funds typically arrive in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
